Responsibilities:

- organization of technical maintenance and supply of transport vessels;
- control of the technical condition of ships and ship technical equipment;
- control and audit of the availability of supplies and spare parts on board;

- planning and control of expenditure on repairs, maintenance, supply of spare parts

Requirements:

- marine technical education;
- experience in the specialty from 3 years;
- knowledge of the specifics of work on organizing the operation and maintenance of ships and ship technical equipment;
- knowledge of regulatory documents on technical operation and repair of ships, including the rules of classification societies and the requirements of maritime conventions;
- knowledge of English;
- confident PC user (preferably knowledge of specialized programs related to ship maintenance);
- high communication skills, organization, responsibility, integrity;

Head of Department

Responsibilities:

Search for a cargo base for river-sea vessels (all vessels under the Russian flag - dry cargo vessels of the RSD59 project (8,000 dwt), 6,000 dwt tanker, 4,800 dwt barges) in cabotage and on the international market through offers, indications, telephone communications, business meetings, presentations, etc. Negotiations with charterers, cargo owners, brokers; coordination of conditions and preparation for concluding transactions for the transportation of various types of cargo on the company's fleet (voyage charters, time charters); preliminary calculations of voyage economics (PCE). Preparation of voyage assignments in accordance with the concluded charter terms, preparation of individual loading/unloading instructions for vessels/captains; use of BIMCO charter forms in work; coordination of cargo plans, bills of lading details and other accompanying documents. Fleet dispatcher functions for the company's vessels performing international and cabotage voyages, i.e. operational management of the company's vessels and monitoring compliance with charter terms, instructions, orders of ship owners and charterers. Consulting and briefing of vessels/captains in controversial situations, in case of damage to the vessel/cargo, monitoring compliance by vessels with the company's regulations and maritime practice (issuing letters of protest, issuing documents with reservations protecting the interests of the ship owner). Monitoring document flow, including issuing bills of lading, working with letters of guarantee. Monitoring compliance with financial terms for concluded transactions, including timely payment of freight charges, rent, calculation and settlement of penalties (demurrage, detention, dispatch, off-hire time, etc.). Preliminary claims work with counterparties in case of violation of terms (including financial terms) of transactions. Interaction with agents, brokers, charterers, port representatives, surveyors in relation to the fulfillment of the terms of contracts of sea transportation. Organization and control of agents' activities, conclusion of contracts for agency services, receipt of preliminary disbursement accounts, their verification, acceptance or settlement of expense amounts, timely payment and verification of expenses. Analysis of economic indicators of completed voyages (time charter equivalent); accounting and analysis of factors that influenced the obtained economic result, search for internal and external resources for its improvement.

Requirements:

Management experience will be an advantage. Knowledge of trends and understanding of the specifics of the chartering industry. Experience in chartering entire vessels and ship lots. Knowledge and understanding of document flow in ship chartering. Knowledge of BIMCO charter forms. Experience in calculating voyage economics (TCHE), demurrage, detention, dispatch, etc. Knowledge of fleet procedures and technology, dispatching issues Knowledge of English. Organization, stress resistance.
